Your Cubits account can be locked because our security team noticed some irregularities or suspicious activity on your account.
How do I send an account unlock request?
Send us an account unlock request using this form and we will review your current account status.
Submit the email address associated with your Cubits account.
Under Products and Services, select Cubits Wallet and Exchange from the menu.
Under Topic, select Login Issues.
Under Details, select Password - account locked or Two-Factor Authentication - account locked.
Click + Attach a file to submit an ID confirmation photo. This step is necessary to verify your identity as the account owner. Learn more about the ID confirmation photo here.
Note: Cubits Support will need to verify your identity to review and change the status of your account.
