If you didn’t receive your verification or reset email
In some cases, emails can take up to 10 minutes to arrive. If you have not received an email after more than 10 minutes, follow the steps below:
Search for the email. We will send the email from "Cubits", so you can quickly search for it. If it isn't in your inbox, check your other folders. If a spam filter or email rule moved the email, it might be in Spam, Junk, Trash, Deleted Items, or Archive.
Make sure you are checking the correct email account. If you are looking for a verification or reset email, make sure you are checking the correct email inbox.
Edit your filtering options. Add email@example.com to your email contacts or safe senders list.
Make sure you are receiving mail. If you are not receiving any emails, you might need to contact your email service provider for help.
Resend the email. To resend a reset email, repeat the steps to reset your password, and we will send a new email. To resend the verification email, go to the Confirmation page. Click Resend next to the email address that you want to verify, and we will send an email to that address.
