Security tips


  • Cubits Support will never ask you for your password, two-factor authentication codes, or request a remote access to your device. If you receive an email asking to do any of this, you can be sure it didn’t originate from the Cubits team.

  • Cubits emails will always end with the cubits.com domain name. For example, support@cubits.com, no-reply@cubits.com, info@cubits.com - these email addresses and any others from the cubits.com domain can be trusted.

  • Be aware of cloned sites that look identical to the Cubits website. The easiest way to tell is to look for the padlock icon in the address bar. To avoid phishing sites, always make sure you're entering information on https://cubits.com and not a different web address.

If you believe you've encountered a phishing site, please notify us using this form. Our security team will investigate your submission and work towards shutting down the malicious site you have encountered as soon as possible.



To report phishing emails:


If you receive what you believe to be a phishing email that's designed to look like it’s from Cubits, please forward the message to reportphishing@cubits.com with complete header information.
