  • Cubits Support will never ask you for your password, two-factor authentication codes, or request a remote access to your device. If you receive an email asking to do any of this, you can be sure it didn’t originate from the Cubits team.

  • Cubits emails will always end with the domain name. For example,,, - these email addresses and any others from the domain can be trusted.

  • Be aware of cloned sites that look identical to the Cubits website. The easiest way to tell is to look for the padlock icon in the address bar. To avoid phishing sites, always make sure you're entering information on and not a different web address.
